PENNSIC 25 SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT
This year, it has been decided, to try a pre-registration system, for
those attending the Pennsic War 25, August 3 through 18, 1996. This system
will effect two areas, namely Troll Booth and the Land Allocation System
(LAS). The highlights of this new system include: Faster time through
Troll, for those preregistered and "Final" Land allocation will be based
on those preregistered (more on that under Land Allocation System rules -
Next Month) Please be advised that this system will "NOT" precluded anyone
not preregistered from attending Pennsic 25 (provided, of course, all
other rules are followed that would allow one to attend an official SCA
event) and a refund procedure will be in place for those who find that
they can not attend Pennsic 25.
GENERAL PROCEDURES
The basic procedure will be to send in an application, with the required
information, the week-end member-rate camping fee and self addressed
stamped postcard. After all items have been verified, you will receive
back an official Pennsic registration card . This will have confirmation
of registration and the number will be your Medallion number. When you
arrive at Troll, you will bring your registration card with you. Enter the
"preregistered line; your waiver will be pre-printed and ready for your
final inspection; Date and Sign the waiver; pay the additional camping
fees; if you are not a member of the SCA, pay the additional Pennsic

BULK REGISTRATIONS
In an effort to make this new process easier for Foreign members and
families coming to Pennsic, a Bulk Registration allowing one check to
cover all applications included in a single shipment. For our Canadian
groups, this will mean only one trip to the Bank for a US FUNDS
equivalant as opposed to many trips. However, every individual will need
to include a separate application and SASP with the Bulk shipment. The
Bulk registration should be sent to the above address.
ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION
For those with electronic access (email), there will be a way to
facilitate your registering. Copies of the Application form will be

viscount@whitebelt.com. Please down-load the form, copy it, hand it out to
your friends, mail it in with all the required monies.
