I'll probably get this wrong,

Arindale:  Per chevron sable and vert, a chevron and in base within a 
laurel wreath a falcon's head erased argent.

Arms from the "White Laurel Wreath" period, which of course followed the 
"Gold Laurel Wreath" period, which follows the "Green Laurel Wreath" 
period, the most painful Atlantian example of which is Caer Mear.

Leifr
Shire of Stierbach, also of the "White Laurel Wreath" period.

If Arindale was just Fort Meade, then was the last borders of Myrkwould 
the two counties Lochmere holds now?
