No.
Intra-system goals ALWAYS take precedence over inter-system goals.
This is not an artifact of the net. It is my understanding that several
thousand people died in the Korean Conflict while peace proceedings were
at a complete standstill so the U.N. could debate the issue of reserved
parking for delegates.
Actually, I'm only responding to this message so that Mel, Tadhg, et al
can tell who wrote it. Greg went beyond leaving off an "unfashionable"
sig to actually exclude his little dangling 'g'.
