Effectively a private party, no money involved, cool.
I disagree: because you have not invited the audience, it isn't in your home,
and it is something of a public performance, it is a violation of the
copyright: even if it is not one that could generate a legal response.

Gray area. But even if it is a violation, how could one ever possibly
prosecute it?
Learning the music isn't ever a problem. Doesn't every musician hope you hum
the tune on the way home? (Some jazz and achromatic music obviously
excepted. :-)
