  Does any kingdom other than Atlantia currently have pay-to-fight?

I believe the Midrealm, and possibly Atenveldt or Outlands, I forget which.
These are local options rules, only.  Corporate does not require it.

Since insurance rates (as of the 1995-1996 policy) increase as the number of
paid members increases, well... it may not be all that patriotic to become a
member.  (:-)

(I know: if I say the cost of insurance is too small to matter, then
the cost of insurance is too small to matter when the argument would
lead my way.  But, you have to admit, it is a bit ironic.)
