I'll ask him. I don't know how much he's been experimenting with, though I
suspect it's small quatities as the stuff ferments rather quickly. Could be
explosive if too much is used. Also, I don't know what the ratio of dry to
liquid is to produce the desired quantity (I can hear Dafydd now saying the
ratio should be zero to zero for a desired quantity of zero ;-).
He also says he's going to try and make cheese from any curds that result.
Maybe he can come up with that dried yogurt the Mongols had/have that keeps
forever (Hey Dafydd, want some five year old dried mare's yogurt?).
