Greetings unto the patrons of the Merry Rose and all those lurking in the 
shadows round Cheapside from Konrad writing for Mistress Isbella, KMoL for 
Atlantia

Pennsic is a short time away and I'm sure many of you are preparing to make 
the pilgrimage to the Debatable Lands.  Hopefully, all of those who wish to 
participate in the battles have your authorization card in good order.  The 
cut off date  for authorizations, per the Pre-Pennsic Handbook, is July 31.

We have been swamped with event reports and renewals the last couple of 
weeks.  As of today, 7/25.96, every event report and renewal that we have 
received has been processed and cards sent (provided there was not a problem 
with your paperwork).  Any event reports or renewals that we receive today 
through Saturday will be sent out as early as possible next week.  Anything 
received after Saturday will have to be picked up at Pennsic.

Mistress Isbella will be camping with Clann O'Choda again this year - 
hopefully in their usual spot near the solar showers.  She will be arriving 
August 3 or 4 (provided our transport situation is resolved by then).  As 
was the case last year, the East Kingdom MoL is in the same camp.  So please 
ask for the Atlantian KMoL or Isbella.
