Don Tivar Moondragon of Ansteorra teaches a class on cutting pressure of
sharpened steel blades on human flesh, along with some hands on
demonstrations... Don't get too excited (:-).  His homework showed that coroners
use well-soaked rawhide to simulate the cutting pattern of flesh, and that is
what he uses.

Very interesting stuff.
