Sultanas are raisins...and castor sugar is our granulated sugar....granulated sugar in Europe is coarser

Good gentles,

I was reading up on some cookie recipes that I've been experimenting with and I've come across
two ingredients that I'd like to know more about.

Firstly, what are sultanas? (In a cookie recipe) and secondly, what is castor sugar? (could be wrong
about the spelling but I believe it's right. Sorry didn't bring my notes with me before posting). Any info
would be greatly appreciated.
