I really don't have an opinion as such, and will keep my mouth shut on 
that point (I just had a big lunch, and don't like the taste of my own 
feet- yich!).
I just would like to say that what I know of Rabbah is this:
He is a bard.
He is a gamesman.
He is a Jew Harp master.
He acts silly.
He does a wonderful job with the Acorn.
Assimilating this information, I find it impossible to beleive that he 
would encourage more beuracracy.  I would ask Rabah to further clarify 
his intent in creating the Web Minister position before we all spout out 
complaints or support for something that we *assume* to be correct.  That 
is all.
