The best place to get those are from your local group's herald (you'll
need your local herald's assistance anyway for submitting names and
devices). I know the online version of the Acorn
(http://acorn.maxson.com) has some forms available for download, but I am
unsure whether or not the herald's forms are included there.

"Land Grab" is not an event per se (although from what I've heard, it can
be as stressful and as interesting as one).
The Pensic War in August is the largest SCA event in the known worlde, and
as a result of the huge number of people there (est 10,000 + this year,
I've been told) camping space is at a premium.
Thusly, a week before the actual war, representatives of each SCAdian
group head up to 'stake their claim' and make sure no-one else takes the
area they plan on using to cmap on: hence, "Land Grab".
Many of the larger and more established groups have their own 'permanent'
locations, and are thus ensured essentially of having the same area each
year.
Of course, I've never had the occasion to go to Pensic myself (I plan to
rectify this oversight this summer), but this is what I've heard from
other members of my canton who have been there before. ;-)
