All completely correct. I was seneschal during that time frame and did not
see fit to attempt to host any royal events. The Dec 92 UA was held there
as part of my chancellor training. The Dec 94 UA was held there because I
kept the Isenfir site in my back pocket for when I couldn't get a site,
which eventually happened.
