Speaking from experience (as someone who does not live in Raliegh, but
frequently has to navagate the Beltline), this "loop" tends to act as a
black hole.  It orbit's Raliegh, similar to a sattelite orbiting Jupiter.
It has a strong gravatational pull.  When I drive, I tend to get stuck
there and never come out, circling Raliegh over and over, eventually
getting spat out onto a random highway.....
	.....in other words, look out for your exit well ahead of time :)
