Perhaps that is unfair. However, one of the critisms laid on the
Northern Principality is that, no matter what the intent of the founders,
eventually its populace would wonder when they were going to seperate
from the rest of the Kingdom. If, however, all of the kingdom were divided
into Principalities, then there would be no obvious candidate for seperation.
In fact, we could so jigsaw them together (actually, you jigsaw things
apart, don't you?) that no principality would be a resonable kingdom. At
least three of them could share territory in Virginia, almost requiring
that they remain part of the kingdom of Atlantia just for Exchequer
reporting requirements.
