Yup.  That's it.  It happened at Ymir and he(with Karina as Baroness) was
invested by Duke Laeghaire King of the East at the time.  Windmasters
became the first Barony in Atlantia(a Principality at that point).  I bow
to your oldtimerness.  I've been having a great time reading the history
of WH!
