 Not quite, but almost.

As I recall, Windmaster's Hill became a barony with Brian Maolcain as the first baron in February, 1977.  

I don't go quite that far back, but almost.  I'll celebrate my 20th anniversary in the Society a couple of weeks after Pennsic.
