You seem to have gotten alot of advice on this subject, most are correct,
but remember, no matter what level the person is playing on, they are in
service to the Kingdom of Atlantia, that is what this award is about and
service can be done in many ways.  I think that the main concern is to
look for the individual who goes the extra mile to make sure every thing
is perfect or that their group is prepared to take on all challenges (not
in a fighting sense).  There is where you will find your Golden Dolphins.
