Regarding Boffers:

As I go through the boxes of paperwork I recently acquired for my office, I
have found specific minimum standards for Boffer Tournaments in Atlantia as
written by my predecessor, Lady Rosine and the Marshal (I assume, Sir William
at that time). 

These were approved in May of '96 by Their Majesties and the Kingdom
Seneschal and were printed in the Acorn.  

At the present time, I am unaware of anything that would have rendered them
void.  But I'll check on that!  :)

If anyone would like a specific copy of the standards as they appeared,
