The process starts several months ago, and I'm pretty sure you're too late 
for this War.  What you might could do is talk to the folks at the Pennsic 
Small Merchants' Coop, which I think has one merchanting permit and one tax 
license for the whole assortment of folks.  I don't have their number, 
unfortunately, but they're based in PA and someone on this list may know how 
to reach them.

Greetings,

Does anyone know how a Merchant arranges to attend Pennsic and sell goods
there.  I'm a Md bookseller, so my license is only good in Maryland.  I
heard that temporary Pennsylvania licenses are distributed there?

Anyone have the real scoop?
