Puff n slash can be done in ultra lightweight fabrics, ie gauzy cotton (the underneath 
parts that puff) and handkerchief linen (the outer slashed layer) and be tolerable in hot 
weather. Dont forget a outrageous hat to keep the sun off of your face!
