I just had one question...

If you give a final scroll to someone whose name and device have not passed,
I understand about leaving the blazon and emblazon part blank, but you'd
also have to leave the name area blank, too.  I am prohibited from signing
any scrolls where the name and device do not match what is registered with
the College of Arms.

I think the idea of preemptive scrolls would work fine for someone whose
name and device were passed (and Triton was going to be present to sign),
but I personally wouldn't care much for receiving a scroll with the name
section blank.  I'd much rather receive a promissory with the name I was
going by than get a blank form.
