I think that would look a bit tacky for something the crown hands out and it
detracts from the award. From my limited dealings with the system as a
scribe the number one problem is missing or unregistered information. I
agree with you that if would work ;but it also gives scrolls a sort of
assembly line feel which I don't agree with. I agree with Modrea on that
awards should be "spiff" and not generic.

It really not that hard to make promissorys. You just draw out your design
,do the calligraphy once, then throw it on the copy machine till your hearts
content . Then you wait for bored lady and gentles and hand them some
markers and the scroll and you got a promisorys. Pretty easy and it saves
the crown some headaches on awards. It may be more time consuming but I
think the finish scroll after everything been registered and proper
information gathered is a higher grade scroll then the generic ones.
