When I got this recipe from Robear last year he said proportions were 3
- 2 - 1
     3 parts brie, to 
     2 parts cream cheese, to 
     1 part butter... 
     one cup brie,
     2/3 cup cream chees,
     1/3 cup butter
is a good proportion for a dinner for 4-8 people, depending on just how
much you want and what you are putting in on...
