There are a couple of considerations to take into account. One is that most
people on the Rose who are not on the TNNP list are not on it by choice.
Why subject them and their email boxes to mail they don't want. Spam is bad
enough. Second, the NNP list is already in full swing and there may even be
a few people on it who are not on the Rose, again by choice (see the first
consideration). Bottom line is it's there already, so use it.

I don't believe Alaric has put the list into digest form, however one can
go to the web site and get the archives which are complete and in parts for
easy downloading. You can read them at your leisure just like a digest. The
