     Interesting; age old discussion; never grows stale.  It's hard for me 
     to tell which position is yours and which belongs to JBlackbow.
     
     I will say, that given a choice between a nice thank you and a nice 
     thank you with a danglie; I'd take the one with a danglie.  S'only 
     human.  I also agree that the point is not Danglies but the Thank 
     You's.  Plain thank you's disappear into memory but a danglie is proof 
     to everyone who sees it that You Did Good.
     
     We also heavily invest our danglies with a sense of responsibility to 
     Continue Doing Good and to Encourage Others to Do Good.  Thus we 
     perpetuate the system.  Heh, heh, heh.
     
     It's a good system at heart.
