Need info for Midreal email list

Gracious gentles,

I know from previous cross-posts here that the Midrealm does indeed have a
mailing list; however, I cannot for the life of me dig up any of those old
posts at the moment.

Does anyone here know how to send a message to the Midrealm list?  Is one
required to be a member of the list to post, or can anyone post, as on the
Merry Rose?  (If posting is limited to members only, is there someone here
subscribed who can forward a message for me?)
