Jumbled messages

Greetings

Is it Hotmail or is it the Atlantia Listserve?

The last few days, I am getting messages seriously out of the order they 
were sent.  Sometimes getting replies hours before I get what they are 
replying to.

I've sent two messages to the list today (April 15th) and not seen 
either of them yet.

If it's Hotmail, I'll go bug them.
