If anyone is interested... I have found a copy of the primitive rule of
the Templars in English.

This is the charter of the Knigts Templar when it was first formed in
the 12th C, and is an excellent resource to a glimps of monastic life.
The Rule was expanded over the years, but this is from what I understand
the original form as written by St. Bernard and the papal council that
originated the Templars charter (rule).
