 What is a gore?
 What does plumetty mean?
What does a "gore, plumetty argent and azure" look like?

A gore is a charge that looks like a "Y" without the top-right arm of the y
attached. It starts at the top-left side of the field and proceeds to the
center bottom. The 2 arms are usually curved towards the left side of the
shield. Plummety is a field treatment similar to vair, or ermine. The shield
is covered with bird feathers of alternating colors, hence the name plumetty.

So what you've got is a gore that has lots of bird feathers on it colored
white and blue, alternatively.

Hope this helps.
