I'm operating on the assumption this was meant to be will NOT be
offended??

At least, I hope so, as that's what I've been telling people to do who
have been asking me about Heraldry at Pennsic.

0. Consider what you want before Pennsic. Speak with your local herald
if you can, draw a picture, do rudimentary conflict checking (or better
if you are capable). Consider what your persona would have, and what
you won't be embarassed to carry on the field (at least in the case of
fighters)

1. Go to the Main Consult table whenever it fits into your schedule, no
you can't submit your forms there, and it is no guarantee the device
will be allowed or passed, but they will be able to assist you and
improve your chances dramatically.

2. Go to the Atlantian Consult table on the day it is held, bring your
forms from step 1. They will go over your submission again, help where
needed and/or wanted, and they will accept the submission (with proper
payment of course).

If this is a bad procedure, please let me know ASAP, so I can correct
the 3-4 gentles I have been discussing this with.

least get sources to do so.
