It *could*, but that doesn't mean it *can*.  That decision is up to the
Kingdom Chronicler, and I am unknowing of the policies and specifics
regarding that -- all I do know is that space in the Acorn is generally
tight. ;-)

I know the Steering Committee was reluctant to strain the generosity of
the Kingdom's coffers (who of course ultimately pays for the publishing
of the Acorn) with full meeting minutes, for example, but a formal
polling may be another story.  Of course, knowing the way these things
seem to work, I'm sure somebody out there would say "But I don't care
about the P., why should *my* money (in the form of subscription fees)
go to paying for that?"  Ah well, you can't please everybody all the
time... :-)

I agree that that would be the best way to do so, but if so, I would
wonder then why the other Prinicpality pollings in other Kingdoms
didn't do the same thing?  Or maybe they did, and we're behind the
times here or something. ;-)
