Direct from Galmr, incoming Earl Marshall.  Atlantia will fight with
Atlantia's conventions and nothing else.  Anyone fighting with an
unpadded polearm is in violation of Atlantia's Weapons Policy.  He
seemed to imply violations won't be tolerated.  Galmr's a great guy, but
I don't want on his bad side.  I'm taking the padded one.
