While standardized throughout the Knowne World, the forms are still
kingdom-specific (in other words, our copies have 'Atlantian College of
Heralds' in big letters across the top).  We have not yet transferred the
forms to those formats.  If you are wishing them for Meridian submission
use, I would suggest contacting your own principal herald.  Atlantia cannot
process submissions from non-resident submitters.
