My complaint is also taken care of by the change of the old "Any alleged
criminal activity will result in eviction from the site." to "Any alleged
criminal activity on site, if verified will be reported to modern
authorities and may result in eviction from site."

Looks like the Seneschal paid heed to feedback.  An excellent
characteristic, as the changes seem to be enough to answer most complaints
yet still not dilute the strength of the message.
