Re: alcohol at events

One must take control of his or herself, imho. I, personally being a
minor, turn down alcohol when it is offered; Not because I like, or
don't like, alcohol, but because I *really* like the SCA. I would
never want to see it suffer hardship, or even be shut down, because I
drank, got hurt, and the Society was blamed; or worse, an autocrat was
held responsible. As unlikely as it is that all minors will take
responsibility for their actions, if more of us do, then things can
only get better:)
