Just in case you would like to cover yourselves when taking pictures that
you may want put on your web site, here is an example of an industry
accepted Model Release form. This type of form is used by every professional
photographer, cammera person, and media producer in the USA and should be
recognized by most courts. I usually ammend this to specifically include web
publishing when taking photos for work.


MODEL RELEASE

I, __________________(Model), for due consideration, hereby grant my
permission to ________________(Company) to use my photograph, photographic
likeness, and/or reproduction thereof, in whatever capacity as they see fit,
including, but not limited to exhibitions, illustrations, and
advertisements.
