No. There's one for the whole SCA at:

http://www.ecst.csuchico.edu/~rodmur/sca/

but not one for Atlantia, so far. We don't have that much on-line that
we could offer, other than (say) event announcements. Some nice things
that other kingdoms have on-line are their Order of Precedence, event
details, etc. Our list of seneschals is already in the centralized
seneschal list.
