Kendrick is mostly right. Lady knights in the SCA often choose
to be addressed by "sir", however ITRW, they are addressed as
"dame," but very few (I think only 2?) SCA knights have chosen
this form of address (although it *is* available for use.)
Also, on pronouncing Dafydd -- it is correctly pronounced,
"He Who Must Be Obeyed," but most folks shorten that to
"dah-vith."
