The ftp site for Mosaic and (if I remember aright), the Windows *free*
upgrade to 3.11 is as follows;

	ftp.ncsa.uiuc.edu

You'll have to poke around in the directories and use the helpful and
very clear (NOT!) Unix commands to do so. You would simply type in;

	ftp ftp.ncsa,uiuc.edu

The site will ask for your name, and it will be anonymous. Your name is
anonymous, not that your name is anonym....oh, you understand. Don't
type in your own name. It will then ask for your entire email address
as a password. Once in you can check out the various directories.
