I can't offer anything useful for Atlantia-L, but I am a bit curious
about how the list was set up. I'm thinking about starting up a small
maillist for Irish personae, and am looking around for sites. Would I
have to write to a sysadmin at Netcom, or can anyone with an account
there start one up?
