If the LTjg worked here, his mail might be reviewed by base MIS staff.
Presently, Government and Military e-mail is subject to monitoring just 
like telephone conversations.  The test cases in courts have held that 
the e-mail is the property of the employer and not the message 
originator.  Ever wonder why so many people in the Fed have PGP .sigs?
