Oh well, my heavens, yes!  What with the fire and all, we need to be most 
carefully certain that the keg was not -- umm -- damaged in the fire.  Yes -- 
that's it, we have to sample some from the top, the middle, and the bottom, 
just to be sure.

How we're going to do that without draining the keg, I can't imagine ....
