Believe it or not, when I asked about getting my device (which was
registered in AS mumble) changed from
"Sable a bend Or overall a dragon segrient Gules clutching in dexter
forepaw two wings conjoined Sable"
to
"Sable, a bend ARGENT overall a dragon segrient Gules clutching in dexter
forepaw two wings conjoined Sable"
I was told (in the West, and before the Modest Proposal) that it would conflict
with "Sable a bend Argent" which was a mundane coat of arms.
The dragon counted as one CD and the wings didn't count at all. We didn't even
get into whether I could be grandfathered in during such a change for having my
red dragon splashed out all over the black field (illegal now).
Counting CDs is an art form I do not pretend to possess.

By the way, I also would like to thank Rhiannon very much for publishing the
reasons for the returns.
I wonder if it would be cost-effective to put the reasons in the Herald's Point?
