Kevin,

I have noticed that there are already a few email address for folks like
the Chronicler and the Chancellor of the University. How difficult would
it be to set up email accounts for every officer, Principle, and TRM and
TRH? This way no one would have to receive amil at their personal account
and there would be a set of accounts that would transfer to the incoming
officers/Royals.

On the downside, people who are not email connected might feel left out
and letters from that portion of the populace could dwindle. I would
further suggest that such an awards form be published each month in the
Acorn as well. That might even increase the number of recommendations
coming in.

In service,
Corun
