Oh, just as an addendum to my last post, yes, I suppose there may well
have been a couple of returns over the years due to potential copyright
infringments, but I suspect they'd be pretty far and between.  Most
armory that would be designed such that it would conflict with
something copyrighted would be more likely to be returned for some
other reason, such as excessive modernity or non-period style.  Of
course, there are a few corporate logos and such out there that would
be perfectly registerable otherwise, I would imagine. ;-)
