Before assuming that we can put the badge of the Academie on the
promissory permanently
should first confirm that the badge did pass - Master Herveus?

At one time Their Majesties did ask the Windmaster's Hill Scriptorium to
create several
new promissories.  You might want to check with Brandwyn, Luisa O'Reilly
(current
scrivener royal) or Genevieve.
